We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Wadhurst Medical Group team, to provide a specialist resource for patients within our practice in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team. Job responsibilities will include: Greeting patients, booking appointments, answering the phone. Processing repeat prescriptions. Liaising with doctors and other healthcare professionals. Scanning post and other documents. Ensuring efficient service delivery to patients. Participating in the staff duty rota and demonstrating flexibility to provide holiday cover for other members of the reception team. Occasional evening and weekend cover to support the surgeries Enhance Access clinics and annual flu vaccination programme. Working in a professional manner, maintaining diplomacy and confidentiality. Previous experience working in a GP practice is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
