Job Title: Registered Service Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd.
About the Role:
As a Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential service in Alton, working closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure that individuals gain more independence in their daily lives and achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s)
* Develop and implement person-centred support plans
* Conduct care needs assessments
* Recruit and induct new colleagues
* Complete supervisions and appraisals
* Complete medication competencies and audits
* Attend multi-disciplinary meetings
* Complete quarterly audits and reports
* Manage the service's P&L
* Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met
Requirements:
We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, and caring leader with a passion for the care sector and delivering the best support. You should have previous experience in a care management role, be willing and able to undertake CQC registration, and hold a Level 5 in Health and Social Care. Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours is also essential.
