Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Window, Door, and Conservatory Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and assessments of residential properties across Kent. Your primary focus will be on evaluating and measuring spaces for the installation of windows, doors, and conservatories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct surveys and assessments of residential properties to determine requirements for window, door, and conservatory installations. - Accurately measure spaces and assess existing structures to ensure compatibility with proposed installations. - Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding product options, designs, and installation processes. - Collaborate with sales and installation teams to coordinate project requirements and timelines. - Prepare detailed survey reports and documentation for use by internal teams and external stakeholders. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Requirements: - Previous experience as a surveyor in the residential window, door, and conservatory industry is essential. - Strong knowledge of window, door, and conservatory products, materials, and installation techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy in survey work. - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Full driving license and access to own vehicle. - Must be based in Kent or willing to travel within the region as required.
