Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Rosedale Court, a 22-bed mixed open Rehabilitation unit located at 75-79 Greenford Road, Harrow, HA1 3QF. Our teams use a multidisciplinary approach to care, providing a range of nursing, medical, therapies and psychological input. We are looking for applicants who are able to work creatively and effectively in a busy and demanding role. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate progressive skills in leadership, supervision, clinical practice, service development, risk assessment and care management. You must be committed to the trust values of compassion, respect, empowerment and partnership. The applicant should have a clear understanding of the importance of rehabilitation and interested in working with patients with severe and enduring mental health problems to develop their life skills, improve their independence and support them during their journey to recovery.
