We're looking for a Vehicle Stock Checker to travel between our York, Hull, Doncaster and Grimsby sites.

About you
The ideal candidate for this role will have an excellent eye for detail alongside being organised and logistically minded. As a Stock Checker, you will be an integral part of our company’s functioning, so we’re looking for someone who gives 110% to every task they are given. You will need to be self-motivated, confident working alone, and demonstrate strong time management skills.
Experience with Pinnacle would be advantageous.
Role and Responsibilities
1. The selected candidate will cover numerous sites, namely: our York, Hull, Doncaster, and Grimsby sites. There would be opportunity to cover other sites to meet business needs, with advance notice provided when necessary.
2. Perform stock checks both inside and outside, so must be comfortable working outside in the elements.
3. Ensure vehicle stock levels are maintained to meet the needs of the business.
4. Accurately account for and maintain inventory records of all vehicles across the business.
5. Investigate discrepancies and locate error sources; implement necessary actions to ensure future accuracy.
6. Maintain a clear and concise system for stock checks.
7. Provide excellent customer service standards, representative of both the company and brands we represent.
8. Provide accurate and concise information regarding all stock when called upon.
9. Assist in ensuring Dealer Transfers are dealt with proficiently and precisely when necessary.
10. Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and stored safely to maintain confidentiality and ensure audits can take place efficiently.
Working Hours
The selected candidate for this role will work 9/10 days a month between (Monday- Friday). The days will be flexible to suit the successful candidate.
Candidates will need access to their own vehicle to reliably commute to and from sites.
