The Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-paced, dynamic sales team. This isn’t just another role, it’s an opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth journey.
As an SDR, you’ll play a vital role in identifying and qualifying leads, building strong relationships, and driving our customer base forward. Collaborate with the marketing team, product developers, and a top sales team to expand our reach into new markets and set the foundation for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional verbal and written communication, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness in every interaction.
* Effective Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a particular emphasis on clear and responsive communication when collaborating with team members located in different time zones.
* Self-motivation: Demonstrate a strong, self-driven motivation to achieve targets and actively contribute to the company's growth.
* Organisational Skills: Manage a large pipeline of leads efficiently, ensuring follow-ups, updates, and prioritisation are handled effectively.
* Passion for Health and Fitness: Relate with and inspire other coaches by leveraging a genuine passion for health and fitness.
What You Bring:
* 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Have an exciting, professional, friendly, and informative communication style.
* Experience working within the fitness industry and passionate about health and fitness.
* Proven understanding of different successful sales processes and concepts (Cold calling, Account-based marketing, inbound/outbound, marketing automation…)
* Excellent at building relationships and listening to client needs.
* Previous experience with detailed product walkthroughs and group demos
* Experience working with data and CRM to evaluate different sales processes.
Preferred
* Experience managing customers at various life cycle stages
* Experience B2B sales
* Experience with software such as Salesforce and Outreach.
