Job description
Our client in Ruby is seeking a motivated and dynamic self-starter to join them in their new business sales team. This role is focused on handling inbound sales, with additional responsibilities found throughout marketing, aftersales, and client counselling. Your daily role will be varied, focusing on:
Responsibilities
* New business sales
* Inbound lead management
* Client counselling
* Contract negotiations
* CRM management
* Customer service support
* Marketing support
* Operations support
The client offer a percentage-based commission scheme, allowing you to comfortably double your base salary earnings after 13 weeks.
Required Experience:
* Minimum 2 year new business sales experience (pay rate dependent on experience)
* Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs
* Experience in selling at a C-Suite level is desirable but not essential
* Experience in cold calling
The successful candidate will be:

Pay rate and Benefits:
* Pay rate £12.50ph-£15.25ph (Dependant on skills and experience)
