Our client is a conservation charity, dedicated to making nature's recovery a reality. They are now looking for a Chief Executive Officer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will:
* Oversee the organisation’s operations while championing their mission.
* Develop and deliver a strategic vision.
* Build meaningful partnerships with stakeholders, including landowners and government agencies.
* Lead and inspire staff and volunteers to achieve high-impact outcomes.
* Advocate for nature-friendly policies and drive positive change for nature conservation.
About You
To be considered as a Chief Executive Officer, you will need:
* Proven experience in senior leadership and inspirational team management.
* Expertise in strategic planning, operational delivery, and monitoring outcomes.
* Outstanding advocacy and relationship-building skills.
* The ability to inspire passion and commitment toward nature conservation.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
