Senior Salesforce Administrator (Sales & Marketing) Remote (Must be UK-based with Right to Work in the UK) Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to join our team at UniHomes. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of our Salesforce platform, ensuring its seamless operation and alignment with our evolving business needs. This role will work as part of the wider CRM team with a speciality and focus on supporting the growth of the sales and marketing departments. This will involve being the primary contact for the sales and marketing team to deliver both small changes and projects. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to define requirements. The sales and marketing teams have grown in the last 12 months and this role is key in ensuring they have all the tools they need to be successful. Key responsibilities: BAU ticket management: Prioritise and efficiently resolve inbound Salesforce support tickets from our Sales and Marketing teams. System administration: Manage user profiles, roles, security settings, and permissions to maintain system security and user access. Data management: Oversee data quality, integrity, and consistency within the Salesforce platform. Process automation: Utilise Salesforce's automation tools (e.g., Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows) to streamline business processes and increase efficiency. Reporting and analytics: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into key business metrics. Configuration and customisation: Configure and customise Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to meet business requirements. Integration: Collaborate with development teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications. User training and support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure optimal utilization of the Salesforce platform. Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Skills and experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience. Strong understanding of Salesforce core concepts, including objects, fields, records, and relationships. Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows). Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboarding tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Salesforce Analytics and/or Marketing Cloud would be advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Salesforce development would be advantageous but not essential.
