Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven External Compressed Air Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compressed air sales, with a focus on developing new business, and a passion for building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Emphasis on driving new business acquisition by identifying and targeting potential customers with compressed air solutions.
2. Develop and achieve revenue growth in line with company sales strategies.
3. Identify and cultivate opportunities across capital equipment sales, service, hire and projects for new business, as well as opportunities with existing customers across all sectors.
4. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
5. Conduct prospects and customer visits to sell solutions across our geographical region.
6. Prepare and deliver reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience and expertise in sales, preferably in compressed air systems or related industries.
2. Proven experience and expertise in capital equipment sales, service and solution selling.
3. Technical sales ability with strong understanding of compressed air technology and applications.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated, results driven, pro-active mindset.
6. Proficient in IT systems, quotation prospecting, CRM, diary management and time management.
7. Focused with the desire to succeed.
