The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the full employee lifecycle with an emphasis on a perfect onboarding and offboarding process. The right individual will want to pursue an operationally focussed position and support the Senior HR Business partners and other members of the wider team with a focus on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the full cycle employee onboarding and offboarding
* Conducting pre-onboarding screening and introduction calls with new joiners
* Preparing physical and online onboarding materials
* In-person and virtual orientations where needed for new hires
* Oversight of onboarding communication templates and processes
* Processing new employee paperwork and administration
* Workday system management
* Coordination between infrastructure teams
* Coordinating internal employee transfers including global mobility cases
* Immigration support for international moves internally and new hires
* Support and oversight of Workday Time & Absences including general administration and record keeping
* Maintain up to date records on Workday around Leave of Absence data administration and reporting
* Ad-hoc projects across the HR function as and when required
Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years in a HR Operations role ideally withing a Global Financial Services organisation
* Previous experience of workday would be highly beneficial
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including a good knowledge of Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
