We carry out a vast range of landscaping services ranging from grounds maintenance to arboriculture. Our clients are mainly highways, local authorities and private companies. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at COMPLETE WEED CONTROL (SCOTLAND SOUTH EAST) LIMITED located at the Arbroath depot. Duties and Responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing and managing the operational contracts based in North East of Scotland
2. Scheduling and planning of all works including staff, equipment and monitoring the progress of all the contracts.
3. Liaising with clients from quotation, through to implementation and completion to ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the process.
4. Reporting and processing completed works in preparation for invoicing.
5. Ensuring staff always adhere to the company's Health & Safety policies.
6. Auditing works and staff to ensure company protocols are followed and KPI’s met
7. Support the business in its growth and expansion when required
Qualifications
* Operations management, team leadership, and service coordination skills
* Knowledge & experience of the landscaping industry
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Being able to forward plan is essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* 2 years of experience in a similar role

* Salary range £45K - £55K - depending on experience
