Business Development Manager – Domiciliary Opticians
Location: Hertfordshire (Office-Based)
Salary: £40K Basic + Commission (OTE £55-£60K) + Car Allowance + Benefits
About the Role:
We are a rapidly growing domiciliary opticians service catering to care homes across the South. Due to expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales and onboard new care home clients. Meetings are pre-arranged, allowing you to focus on presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend pre-booked meetings with care home decision-makers
* Present services and secure new business opportunities
* Build relationships to expand market presence
* Attend industry events to enhance brand awareness
* Manage pipeline, track sales performance, and report on KPIs
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven sales experience, ideally in healthcare or B2B sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Target-driven with a results-focused approach
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities and drive conversions
