Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Sheffield
Company: A well-established Sheffield law firm.
Position Overview: Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their thriving and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a Residential Conveyancing department, and to work alongside one of the directors.
Responsibilities:
* Managing and progressing purchase transactions under supervision.
* Preparing correspondence, forms, and documents under instructions.
* Managing own small caseload of sale files, with minimal supervision.
* Supporting the team in delivering exceptional client service.
* Facilitating the exchange of contracts.
* Preparing financial statements, SDLT submissions as well as certificates for title for advance funds.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A minimum of two years experience in a similar conveyancing role.
* Good understanding and knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures.
* Exemplary client care and communication skills.
