This developer manages all project construction and operations in-house, creating an opportunity for a Project Administrator to join their on-site project team. The Project Administrator will work closely with the Project Leadership Team to provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations at the construction office. Responsibilities: The role encompasses two main areas: Administrative Support and Document Control. Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination. Maintain up-to-date project team and staff contact lists. Oversee office filing systems and handle incoming calls. Document Control: Coordinate with project staff, subcontractors, and consultants to receive, log, and organize documentation. Use the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to store, retrieve, and manage project documents efficiently. Candidate Requirements: We are looking for a candidate who is: An excellent team player with strong communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and logical in their approach. Experienced in using an EDMS platform (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint). Preferably experienced in a similar on-site project environment.
