Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for personable, driven, and positive Store Manager for a well-established, highly successful, and growing Furniture retailer based in North-East Norfolk.
Our client’s Store Manager will work autonomously to deliver a first-rate customer experience, ensuring that the store’s customers receive an expert, professional and ethical experience when visiting or calling the store.
Store Managers have full responsibility for the overall store environment.
Package:
Salary: £25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Store Bonus (£45k+ OTE)
Working Hours: 5 days over 7 days per week
Opening times: 9am - 5:30pm (Mon-Sat) & 10am - 4pm (Sun)
Store Manager Duties;
1. Maintain and develop both new and existing customers through excellent customer care and ethical sales methods
2. Always provide outstanding customer service, resolving all customer queries quickly and efficiently, managing situations to result in successful conclusions
3. Perform to Key Performance Indicators, as set by management
4. Seamlessly manage telesales calls in addition to the store's footfall
5. Manage stock and displays in line with branding guidelines
6. Carry out daily cash handling routines
7. Adhere to data protection policies
8. Responsible for the overall presentation of the store
9. Ensure pricing and POS is correct and present
