We are looking for an Administration Assistant to manage administrative procedures in the events team and provide support for colleagues working on the delivery of multiple events. The team are responsible for a wide range of corporate, recruitment, alumni and bespoke events to raise awareness of the University brand and to support the institution's strategic ambitions.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and administrative skills and will work closely with other members of the events team to offer crucial support for the delivery of a busy calendar of events. In addition to the office-based administration, this post will be required to arrange the set-up of events and support delivery on the day.
