Facilitate and guide clients through the buying and selling process. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients by maintaining regular contact and offering expert advice throughout the property transaction process. Property Listings: Assist with property onboarding and listings, ensuring that properties are marketed to the right audience and in the best possible light. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the local property market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to provide informed advice and insights to clients. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress in the company’s CRM system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including managers, other negotiators, and support staff, to achieve company goals and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in sales or estate agency is essential. Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A full UK driving license is mandatory as well as use of your own vehicle.
