We are looking for an Executive Support Assistant to join our supportive and talented team at John Cabot Academy. What we are looking for: Working closely with the Principal, the Senior Operations Manager and/or members of the Senior Leadership team, the assistant will provide a confidential, high quality secretarial and administrative support service. They will multiply the productivity of the Senior Leadership Team specifically in relation to excellent diary management and exemplary written communications with wider stakeholders. They will be expected to liaise with a variety of stakeholders on behalf of the Senior Leadership team members. They will support the Senior Operations Managers in proactively supervising and organising the administrative team to support the successful and smooth running of the academy. At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the academy/federation.
