HR Administrator
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week (Office-based)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedHR Administratorto join our team atBrickability Group. This role provides essential HR administrative support across all our brands, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. You will play a vital role in handling people-related transactions, maintaining compliance, and assisting the wider HR team in delivering an outstanding employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Compliance
1. Providing comprehensive HR administration support across all brands in the Brickability Group.
2. Managing and processing all people-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
3. Ensuring employee records are complete, up to date, and GDPR-compliant.
4. Requesting and processing past employment references.
5. Coordinating with payroll to ensure accurate salary changes and updates.
6. Managing the full absence process, including accurate salary payments and reporting.
7. Updating the online HR information portal with relevant people activity.
8. Preparing letters and documentation for promotions, salary changes, and employment terms.
9. Overseeing the leavers process, ensuring resignations are acknowledged and payroll updated.
10. Managing the authorisation process for all people changes to comply with audit requirements.
HR Systems & Coordination
1. Acting as a super user for HR system.
2. Monitoring and managing the HR email inbox, ensuring timely responses and delegation.
3. Scheduling tasks and ensuring completion within deadlines.
4. Alerting the Head of HR to urgent matters requiring immediate attention.
5. Providing general administrative support to the HR and People Team.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Experience with HR systems (Access HR/PeopleXD would be a great advantage).
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
3. Excellent organisation and time management skills.
4. High attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure.
8. A proactive and flexible approach to work.
9. Ability to travel to other locations when required.
