We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef Manager to help us create exceptional food experiences for Chartwells on a part time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week.

Please note: This role is contracted to 44 weeks per year
Your key responsibilities will include:
11. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
12. Identifying opportunities to improve our food service
13. Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
14. Delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers
15. Ordering food, looking after stock control and controlling food waste
16. Overseeing the efficiency of all catering operations, including managing inventories and implementing action plans
17. Managing budgets and successfully meeting financial targets
18. Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams
Our ideal Chef Manager will:
19. Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
20. Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
21. Have experience managing teams in a similar role
22. Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
23. Strive for excellence in an enthusiastic and motivated manner
24. Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
25. Possess the ability to work under pressure
26. Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
