About the Role:
Jubilee Hospitality is seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team and drive menu innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of 8 chefs, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent kitchen operations.
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
* Source fresh ingredients and collaborate with suppliers to ensure the best products for our menu.
* Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and excellent customer experience.
