Key Responsibilities: This is a hands-on role where you'll co-ordinate the roll-out of our new brand, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition across all areas of the charity. Work with the Brand Manager and Brand Champions to develop and manage the master brand rollout project plan, ensuring alignment with our agency partners. Facilitate effective Brand Champions meetings, ensuring actions and milestones are met. Act as the main point of contact between the Brand Manager, Brand Champions, design teams, marketing, and other internal teams and external suppliers, identifying and addressing challenges in the process. Develop roadmaps and oversee the transition of all physical and digital materials, from fundraising information and printed materials to office signage. Work with procurement teams to ensure smooth ordering and delivery of rebranded materials. Deliver launch packs to our branches and volunteers, supporting them through the transition. Manage the briefing of asset and materials rebranding into agencies and in-house design specialists. Support the organisation of internal and external brand launch events. Work with teams to deliver training sessions, workshops, and briefings on the new brand. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful implementation and consistency. About You: As our Brand Project Manager, you will have the drive and organisation to lead a project of this scale with confidence. Proven experience managing brand rollouts, ideally within the charity sector. Good understanding of brand strategy and implementation. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Clear and confident communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
