Job Description
3. Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
4. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
5. Supporting the management team in performance management processes
6. Reducing short term sickness absence and handling the processes within that
7. Writing policies
8. Change management
9. Benefit reviews
10. Ensuring regulatory compliance pertaining to HR
11. Providing day-to-day performance management guidance
12. Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships
13. Conducting regular meetings with respective business units
14. Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
15. CIPD qualified
16. Private sector experience
17. Previous experience within a senior HR position.
18. Available for immediate start.
19. Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases
20. Strong decision-making skills
21. Proficient in employment law and HR best practices
22. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
