About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled HLTA to join our vibrant educator community in Bury this June. As an educator with Teaching Personnel, you will be instrumental in providing support to students across this school, ensuring they thrive both academically and socially. The hours for this role are typically 8.30am-3.30pm.
What You’ll Do:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, particularly those who need additional support.
* Assist in lesson planning, preparation, and assessment.
* Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.
* Track and monitor student progress and well-being.
What We’re Looking For:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent.
* Previous experience in an educational setting is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
* An ability to work independently and as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
