About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and support them with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, caring and able to work as part of a close-knit team. You will need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge. You do not need any social care experience to apply for this role, but you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
