Key Responsibilities
* Travel to multiple project sites to conduct site visits and inspections;
* Determine property boundaries through precise measurements;
* Produce accurate maps of measured properties using surveying tools;
* Research land records and maintain up-to-date knowledge;
* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success;
Requirements
* Critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve complex problems;
* Strong work ethic with ability to work well in a team environment;
* Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience under a licensed Professional Surveyor;
* Familiarity with surveying tools and proficiency in CAD and GIS software;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to read and interpret blueprints;
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently when required.
