To be successful in this position, you will have/be;
* Develop and execute marketing plans aligning with the company's objectives
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, gather customer insights, and track industry trends
* Create and manage marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, email marketing, and advertising
* Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted marketing materials and promotions for specific clients and markets
* Maintain and update the company's website and social media channels to ensure brand consistency and engagement
* Manage the company's presence at industry events and tradeshows, including coordinating logistics, creating marketing collateral, and representing Acro Aircraft Seating at events
* Work with external agencies and vendors to develop promotional materials and campaigns
* Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to propose innovative marketing strategies
Skills and experience required
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, working well independently
* Experience in a Marketing position, ideally within the aerospace or engineering industry
* Understanding of or interest in the aerospace industry
* Understanding of product branding and the creation of marketing content and materials based on industry knowledge
* Proven experience within a commercial marketing position delivering multi-channel activity with an emphasis on digital
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* A strong work ethic and prominent levels of integrity, adaptability, and attention to detail
* Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with a particular focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work to tight deadlines successfully in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity and aptitude with social media channels are essential (incl. Facebook / Instagram advertising
* Proficiency in Mandarin is considered advantageous but not mandatory for this role
