We're hiring dedicated drivers to support our Whitland team. We offer zero-hour or part-time contracts, giving you the flexibility to work on your terms while playing a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. About the Role We are looking for skilled drivers to support our Whitland site. This is a flexible role with a zero-hour or part-time contract to assist our current team. As a Recovery Driver, you will be responsible for collecting vehicles from customers, transporting them to our repair site, and returning them once repairs are complete. Your commitment to excellent customer service and safe driving will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Safely collect vehicles from customers and transport them to our site for repairs. Return repaired vehicles to customers in a professional and timely manner. Consistently provide excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including the Road Traffic Act. Offer flexibility to cover shifts at other sites as needed. Support additional locations within the region, as required. About You Our ideal candidate will have driving experience, preferably in vehicle recovery. Additional Skills and Requirements: Proven ability to plan and organize work to meet deadlines. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently. Adaptability to changing priorities and work assignments. A commitment to high standards of customer satisfaction. Dedication to working safely and following Health & Safety guidelines, including the use of PPE and maintaining clean workspaces. A valid driving license (preferably clean) and be over 21, in line with insurance requirements.
