Our client is a leading manufacturer seeking an Interim Finance Business Analyst to support them in several key projects. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a significant business project aimed at consolidating multiple business areas into a more streamlined structure. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in standardising finance processes and will act as the go-to person for process flow.
What you'll do:
1. Supporting the Head of Projects in working on their target operating model
2. Standardising finance processes including Accounts Payable and wider finance functions
3. Acting as the go-to person for process flow within the project teams
4. Assisting in the consolidation of 6 business areas across the UK/I into 3 areas
5. Providing expert advice and guidance on project management best practices
6. Ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the project
What you bring:
1. Proven experience in project management
2. Strong understanding of finance processes
3. Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
4. Experience with process standardisation would be beneficial
5. Project qualification such as Prince2 is desirable but not necessary
6. Background in finance would be advantageous but not essential
