About the Role: Are you a talented administrator that’s eager to demonstrate your organisational skills and customer service? Join Clarke Energy as Customer Support for our Parts Team, where you’ll play a key role as first point of contact for both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with customers from the point of initial enquiry through to invoice despatch, ensuring that they receive a first-class service at all points of the process.
* Liaise with Site engineers about their orders for parts, ensuring that requirements are clear and met in a timely fashion.
* Support Overhaul Parts Coordinator
* Liaise with Warehouse team to ensure that parts are despatched on time and arrive as expected.
* Process orders in accordance with agreed procedures and contractual requirements.
* Produce reports for customers and clients using a variety of computer packages including Excel.
* Follow and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
* Good general standard of education.
* Good computer skills - Word/Excel.
* Good communication skills.
Required Skills:
* General understanding of how Gas/Diesel engine’s function and parts required.
* Good computer skills.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience of working in a busy engineering workshop/ parts department or similar.
* Knowledge and experience of working with Gas/Diesel Engines.
* Experience of purchasing and ordering
Pay range and compensation package: This role is Fixed Term for 18 months. What’s in It for You? 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays. Option to buy or sell up to 5 additional holidays per year. 7% company pension contribution. Company phone and laptop provided.
