Mechanical Engineer
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Basic + Overtime (OTE £60K+) + Package + Technical Progression + Pension + Bonus
Are you a mechanical bias engineer with a strong background working on industrial HVAC, Cooling, AHU, and associated equipment? A fantastic opportunity is on offer to join a true technical specialist in a varied & thriving industry. Earn a good package whilst utilizing your experience progressing into more senior positions.
Working within the Mechanical Engineering Team, you will provide support, expertise, and preventative maintenance suggestions of power generators, chilled water, and HVAC systems among others, to the business to ensure the successful and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service, maintenance, and breakdowns
2. Working in an industrial plant room environment on various pumps and associated plant equipment
3. Mechanical fault finding and repairs
4. Static role covering one site
5. Opportunity to be trained as an Authorised Person (AP)
Background Required:
1. Experience with mechanical systems
2. Familiar with a HVAC and plant room environment
3. Experience as a Service Engineer/Maintenance Engineer/Marine Engineer
4. Mechanical qualifications or time served (NVQ, HNC, or equivalent)
5. To possess a full clean driving licence valid for use in the UK
