The Olderfleet unit that we are recruiting for will offer specialist care for residents who have complex dementia care needs. Due to the complexity of the care that will be delivered, anyone working in this unit will have to undertake specialist training for dementia care, challenging behaviour, descalation and crisis prevention techniques. This will be a face-to-face training programme that will be delivered within the home.
The ideal candidates are those who already have experience within a care home setting and who have a keen interest in furthering their career in a more specialist and unique service. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals who are eager to make a positive impact on peoples lives.

About The Role
Responsibilities: The main purpose of this role would be to assist in the overall objective of the Home in creating and maintaining a caring environment where clients and their families feel secure and happy and where the respect and dignity of the client is maintained.
The successful candidate would be responsible and accountable for the delivery of the highest standards of care possible to clients and would assist with the supervision of staff and ensure their adherence to the policies of the home.
