As an Accounts Assistant based in Aberdeen, you’ll be responsible for:
* Learning Treasury and Accounts Payable
* Processing branch bankings and resolving any resulting queries
* Coding & processing direct debits, standing orders & online payments
* Preparation of bank reconciliations
* Processing of purchase invoices, credit notes and debit notes
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday hours 08:00am to 16:30pm

* Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Previous AP experience or worked in a similar finance related role
* Great customer service skills
