Role: National Account Executive Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Location: Lacock, Wiltshire Working Hours: Monday – Friday Stonegate Farmers is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic National Account Executive to join our growing Commercial Team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, this role involves supporting the management of key retailer accounts, including Morrisons, Tesco, Aldi, and Lidl. With a clear development pathway, this position offers the opportunity to grow into a National Account Manager role, taking full ownership of assigned accounts. Role & Responsibilities: Assist in managing day-to-day operations of key retailer accounts Act as the primary contact for administrative and operational queries from assigned retail accounts. Foster strong relationships with retail buyers and other key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment. Work to understand the needs of each account, providing tailored support and solutions. Analyse sales data and customer performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Monitor account performance against targets, preparing reports and recommendations to improve outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment of promotional activities. Work closely with the supply chain, marketing, and category teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements. Assist in coordinating stock levels, forecasting, and ensuring on-time product availability for key accounts. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to increase sales and expand product offerings. Contribute to the development of strategies to maximize account profitability and long-term growth. Attend customer meetings, contributing to discussions and negotiations. Stay updated on industry trends, retailer dynamics, and competitor activities to inform account strategies. Experience with MS Office, particular requirement for strong excel skills/knowledge
