We would like to recruit a relief caretaker to work as needed at our new premises at The Walk, Hornchurch. RM11 3TL. This post will be on a zero hour contract and would suit a practical, helpful handy person who would like to use their skills within flexible working arrangements. You would be called upon when needed to deal with various issues such as site related emergency maintenance and repairs, to unlock and secure the premises on occasion, to liaise with and supervise contractors on site, etc. This could be during term time or during holiday periods.
