The ideal candidate for this role must have a degree in either one of the following four: Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM). With a collaborative spirit, a keen interest in cybersecurity, and the courage to stay ahead of new threats, you’ll bring creativity and a solutions-oriented approach to tackle complex security challenges and ensure the safety of critical information.
As an Information Security Apprentice at TGB, you'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of security awareness and innovation, working alongside the business to develop and implement robust security solutions.

To be considered for this role, the skills you’ll need to have include:
* A 2:2 (Second Class) honours degree in an appropriate Computing, Technology or Engineering discipline
* Demonstrable logical and structured approach to problem solving
* Skills in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Evidence of a strong desire to learn new skills quickly within a practical working environment.
* Highly organised and methodical, good listener and attention to detail
* A passion for creating realistic, viable, practical, and deliverable plans
* A strong communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Innovative mind-set that seeks creative solutions
* Open to alternative outcomes/solutions
* Residing in the UK and either living within or willing to relocate to within a commutable distance of our ECO HQ
The hiring process for this apprentice role involves completing an initial application via our career site, followed by an aptitude test to identify the functional skill levels of an individual’s English and maths skills. This will then be followed by a one-way video interview and finally an assessment centre where you’ll engage in a variety of tasks designed to showcase your skills and potential at our fantastic site.
