Fumo 33 and Toto in Ryde and Newport are seeking an experienced Group Chef, with a passion for produce and a desire to create seasonal dishes utilising locally sourced ingredients.
We offer a great ‘classic meets contemporary’ style including dishes such as pizza, pasta, grills, a unique Sunday Lunch concept, and smoked speciality dishes all cooked in the woodfired oven.
Applicants will have a proven track record of working in a busy kitchen and must be able to cope well with the high season while maintaining enthusiasm throughout the steady winter period.
