Insolvency Administrator – Liverpool
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Numero Recruitment, a leading recruiter for Insolvency jobs across the UK & Overseas has an excellent opportunity for an Insolvency Administrator to join a specialist boutique insolvency practice in Liverpool.
The Role:
1. Administer formal insolvency caseloads in such a way to ensure that all statutory / regulatory and internal procedures are met
2. Setting up and maintenance of files on IPS
3. Basic office admin, including filing, copying, casting and reading over documents
4. Ensure relevant data is captured, reports are produced and IPS case set-up information is completed
5. Completion of cashiers instructions, for review by senior staff
6. Completion of checklists, glossary documents, IP record sheets and internal working papers
7. Obtain and review company searches
8. Assist in the preparation of simple reports, including and clean returns to DTI in respect of directors’ conduct.
9. Maintain awareness of group budgetary requirements and time constraints
10. To highlight potential problems to senior staff quickly (with supporting information)
11. Familiarise and gain working knowledge of all regulatory and statutory requirements, including SIP and best practice, Risk Management and Money Laundering.
12. Assist more senior staff as and when required
13. Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as delegated.
14. Deliver team outputs to agreed timescale, quality and volume.
Requirements:
15. Preferably a 2:1 honours degree and some experience of working in corporate insolvency
16. Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
17. Well presented with a professional level of communication – both verbal and written
18. Good time management, organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and complete tasks with limited supervision.
19. Ability to work well in a team environment.
20. Ability to use own initiative and take a flexible approach.
21. No professional training contract is provided with this role. However ongoing training is provided to meet role specific needs
