Main duties of the job As part of the Corporate Governance Officer role you will support PCD in the successful running of the governance of the organisation, including: Liaising with the PCD Chief Information Officer, Senior Information Risk Officer, Data Protection Officer and Caldicott Guardian Lead the completion of the NHS Data Security Toolkit Monitor and coordinate Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests Development and monitoring of the Information Asset Register Maintain Declaration of Interests Register Oversee development of annual audit plans Maintain and coordinate the PCD Performance and Assurance Framework Attend and participate in the Information Governance Group and Corporate Governance Committee Assist in development and update of PCD's policies and processes, and maintain the policy matrix and library Produce data and information sharing agreements A full overview of the duties can be found in the attached job description.
