We’re now seeking an Omnichannel Marketing Manager to take us into a new era of consumer marketing.
This exciting new role is about developing and executing integrated consumer marketing strategies and plans that provide consistent, engaging experiences across our ecosystem of media and channels.

We’re looking for an individual with the talent and expertise to join an established set of brands and, using your creative eye and strategic acumen, critically assess and transform our omnichannel marketing.
You’ll spend your time collaborating with our category marketing team to build and deliver an integrated plan, leading media, PR, social media and influencer agencies, and managing and coaching a small team of direct reports.
You will play a crucial role in our annual planning cycle by shaping our integrated plans to meet budget and sales goals. This involves working closely with internal teams and our global HQ in Italy to ensure that our marketing toolkit, partnerships and content support local marketing efforts.

Leading and coordinating the creation of omnichannel marketing plans, interfacing with Global Marketing, UK and Ireland Marketing & External Pan Agency Teams.
Leading, coaching and developing a Social Media Team and Performance Marketing Manager.
Being a leader and subject matter expert for integrated consumer marketing activities across De’Longhi Brands in the UK and Ireland.
Collaborating with Global Marketing teams to ensure global connection strategy and toolkits align with local brand strategies and plans.
As well as a degree or equivalent in marketing or a related subject, you’ll have impressive agency, brand or consumer marketing credentials. You will have honed your excellent communication and influencing skills by managing multiple agencies, and you’ll have a profound understanding of the full process of a senior marketing role, from planning and briefing to evaluating activity and success.
You’ll be fluent in integrated marketing, with experience of paid and social media, PR, digital ads, performance marketing, marketing mix modelling, influencer marketing, events, brand partnerships, content and sampling. You’ll be proficient in the full Microsoft 365 suite, digital marketing tools and platforms, CRM, retailer and analytical tools.
A significant part of this role is managing, monitoring and controlling a multimillion-pound Advertising & Promotional spend and managing, inspiring and coaching a small team of direct reports to deliver peak performance. Evidence of additional professional development (CIM, DMA, MBA, IPA, IDM etc) would be advantageous.

Your reporting office will be Kenwood’s global HQ on the beautiful South Coast between Portsmouth and Chichester, where our products are conceived and tested, and where our UK De’Longhi division is based. We operate a flexible, hybrid working model: you’ll typically work three days at our office, client sites or warehouses and two at home. You should live within commuting distance, and since you’ll travel regularly, you must have a driver’s licence. This role will require frequent travel to London to manage and engage with agencies.
