ROLE: Construction Administrator
LOCATION: Redhill, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Fully Office based
SALARY: Circa £30k - £35k DOE

This company based near the Redhill area, have experienced significant growth in recent years which has created the Construction Administrator position. This company is within the construction industry working with a variety of clients including commercial, residential and housing. This organisation will support career growth and development.
THE JOB
This exciting Administrator job will be part of the organisations successful Estimating team. The main purpose will be to support the work winning team’s functions by managing the day-to-day control of the tender delivery and project launch process by managing the workflow.
Your duties will include:
* Management of the estimating mailbox
* Updating the tender log weekly in line with tenders received and informing the Estimating Manager
* Creating the Tender Action Plan (TAP) for live tenders and Launch Action Plan (LAP) in collaboration with the relevant estimator
* Organising meetings, taking minutes, monitoring and chasing actions
* Download/extract/file/review of all information received, file and distribute appropriately to team members as required, in line with our business management system.
