Key Responsibilities: Welcome new users and conduct initial assessments via chat to understand their mental health needs. Provide empathetic and supportive responses to help users feel comfortable and safe. Offer guidance and resource referrals based on individual user needs and preferences. Collaborate with our triage team to ensure users are paired with the right therapists for ongoing support. Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills. Provide feedback to improve the onboarding process and user experience. Requirements Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Licensed to practice therapy, eligible to provide support via chat. Strong experience in conducting assessments and providing therapeutic support, preferably in a virtual format. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy through text. Solid understanding of mental health challenges and best practices in psychotherapy. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
