This role is working for a global leader in it's field and they are seeking a very special individual to join their Marketing team here, in the UK.
A Marketing Professional with excellent Salesforce Pardot expertise with a wealth of experience of working on lead generation plans etc.
The salary is £48,000 but there is room for someone who can offer the exact expereince they seek in terms of the use of Pardot the work you have generated on this software. The salary then offfers up to £50,000 and there is also a 10% annual bonus that is made up of Company Profit and your achievement of your KPI's. There are a lot of other benefits that incuding Car allowance of over £7000 per annum, Health Plan, 25 days holiday plus the Bank Holidays, generous pension scheme etc

As a Marketing Manager at this organisation, you’ll be contributing to an ever-growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment and conserve natural resources.
In this role you will be responsible for Company's long-term marketing plans in line with regional sales and retention strategies, as well as company’s medium terms plans. You will contribute to achieving company targets, by executing acquisition and retention marketing plans, developing regional marketing strategies and ensuring a ROI from all marketing activities. You will be responsible for creating, owning, delivering and measuring marketing success to drive forward sales and customer retention in this key area for the company.
What you will be doing day to day:
1. Ownership and management of email automation, nurturing programmes and events.
2. Building Pardot email campaigns, landing pages, forms, Salesforce campaigns, lead scoring and associated workflows to support demand generation and event programmes.
3. Go-to expert in Pardot platform and ideally in CRM products such as Salesforce (Service and Sales and Experience Cloud) in order to meet process standards for accurate, efficient reporting and lead generation and lead capture.
4. Monitoring the lead management process to ensure leads are being assigned appropriately and data is logged accurately.
5. Working with four Regional Directors, Regional Business Managers, Regional Sales Managers and their teams in Regional Customer Hubs to input into regional sales and retention strategies and develop marketing plans.
6. Working with other senior internal stakeholders to ensure complete engagement in multiple projects running concurrently.
7. Analysing business information, economic trends and market feedback from internal and external sources to identify key issues, trends, opportunities and market share growth/decline for use in marketing planning purposes.
8. Delivering marketing ROI against a fixed annual budget. The candidate will play a crucial role in the delivery of new business sales and the improvements in the retention of UK business customers.
9. Working across a range of marketing channels including, but not limited to: inbound and outbound marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, paid search advertising, social media marketing, direct marketing.
10. Developing end-to-end marketing planning, to include delivery, quality control and evaluation of marketing campaigns within agreed budget and timescales.
11. Working with the internal brand and design team and external marketing agencies on campaign creations and measurement.
12. Line management of two Marketing Executives
13. Constantly striving to deliver best ROI and ROO, by monitoring and analysing multi-channel data focusing not only on MQL, but also SQL.
What are the Requirements?
To be successful in this role you need be a seasoned B2B marketer, preferably experienced in utility or service industry. You must have a positive mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude and be pragmatic, robust and resilient. The role requires cross functional management expertise to ensure campaign delivery across a wide range of customer segments on budget and to the highest possible standard constantly focusing on CRO and quality of MQLs.
The successful applicant will have experience of:
14. Developing and managing digital customer acquisition and retention campaigns across paid and owned digital channels as well as off-line marketing channels.
15. Stakeholder engagement
16. Navigating complex matrix business with multi-channel environment – regional customer hubs with telesales call centre and field sales.
17. Strong presentation and influencing skills.
18. Identifying, testing and implementing new and innovative ways of marketing and selling, while meeting targets and carrying out business as usual activities without interruptions.
19. Analysing and reporting on multiple campaigns results.
