Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting research and analysis related to town planning projects
2. Preparing accurate and detailed reports on planning applications and proposals
3. Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders
4. Assisting in the preparation and presentation of planning applications
5. Ensuring compliance with relevant planning policies and regulations
6. Providing technical support to senior planners as required
