Join to apply for the Customer Service Advisor role at South Bay Center for Counseling/Community Development.
We are currently looking for 6 x customer service advisors (CSA's) to support our friendly client near Shaftesbury for a full time temporary contract on an immediate start basis for around 6 weeks.
This is a fully remote role however candidates will need to be local to the area.
For the right candidate, this could lead to a permanent role.
The Perfect Customer Services Advisor Candidate:
* Will have 3+ years of experience in customer services
* Have prior experience using databases for data entry
* Will be experienced working within a confidential environment
* Have excellent communication skills both written & verbally
* Have an excellent attention to detail
* Will remain calm under pressure
* Will have a polite, sympathetic nature
* Will be proactive
Duties of the role include:
* Booking appointments
* Accurate data entry
* Identifying & escalating any issues to the relevant supervisor
35 Hours Per Week
Working hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
£13.19 per hour
