The ideal candidate would have early years’ experience of working with children under 5 years and:
1. Support the learning and development of young children
2. Undertake the care and supervision of young children receiving day care
3. Meet the needs under guidance of children with additional needs
4. Have a good knowledge and understanding of the revised EYFS Framework
5. Experience of working with children of relevant age
6. Hold at least a full and relevant qualification to work within early years in accordance with Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC) qualification list
