Capital Allowances Assistant Manager - Top UK Firm Nottingham
You will have experience working within a capital allowances team as part of a professional services firm, a specialist practice or a chartered or trainee surveyor looking to specialise in capital allowances.
Responsibilities
1. Preparation of engagement letters
2. Undertaking procedures to comply with our client acceptance obligations
3. Technical analysis of property documentation and construction information
4. Preparation of capital allowances reports
5. Visiting client properties to carry out on-site inspections and surveys
6. Drafting letters and emails to clients
7. Maintaining client files ensuring that all relevant documentation is filed appropriately
8. Attending meetings with clients
9. Liaising and meeting with lawyers and client project consultants to collate project information
10. Researching relevant legislation and case law with regard to specific client situations
11. Assisting with business development and marketing our services and preparing client proposals
12. Other ad hoc requirements as may reasonably be required by line managers
