Our marketing team will ensure we stand out amongst our competitors, have a compelling presence, messaging and content programme to attract clients and talent, and ensure we’re the first port of call for the most interesting brand opportunities in the marketplace.
Our New Business and Marketing group will work closely together to build our presence and credentials, ensuring that the world knows who we are, what we do, and building a stimulating opportunities book for our new business pipeline.
About you.
Using your experience and skills, you will drive and coordinate the execution of strategic Marketing activity to strengthen our reputation and position 4D as the leading brand consultancy in the market.

You are responsible for:
You’ll be taking the lead on our own agency marketing activities to broaden our reach, amplify our message and help us achieve our vision of being the indisputable agency of choice.
This role is specifically focussed on our own marketing with a cross over into client client’s strategies where required.
Content
1. Work with the wider team to develop case studies, testimonials and other materials that support our sales and marketing efforts.
2. Manage the 4D Content timeline and execution across channels such as Social Media, Email, Paid and our website.
3. Project manage 4D case study and work launches
4. Ensure all Marketing content copy meets our standards
5. Drive the publication of regular content on the website
6. Drive the delivery of the 4D Newsletter
PR
1. Recognise PR opportunities
2. Build knowledge of UK media landscape, including key journalists and placement slots
3. Assess all PR opps against the Marketing Strategy as well as own research
Events
1. Assist the Creative Director in shaping event speaker pitches and event presentation content
2. Shape the Marketing events list and oversee actions
3. Project manage 4D-owned events
4. Drive email campaigns and social promo as required for each event
5. Source and attend networking events.
Awards
1. Create messaging that communicates 4Ds strengths and build activities, such as an award strategy and events that support this.
2. Coordination of award entries with Creative Director
3. Support Creative Director in optimising final award entry content
Strategy
1. Develop and implement an ongoing, highly targeted marketing strategy that’s aligned with our key propositions and supports our growth.
2. Support our Creative Director in the creation of marketing toolkits for our core business offers: Brand, Culture, Experience (key messages, spokespeople, content plan)
3. Manage the day-to-day implementation of the marketing strategy, prioritising workload and resource in service of that but also business growth
4. Assess all reactive and proactive Marketing opportunities to ensure on-strategy
5. Manage a marketing budget, measuring ROI on campaigns and making adjustments as needed.
Insights
1. Track industry news, i.e. events, competitor activity - highlight learnings and propose action we should take
2. Track department and channel analytics on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis – highlight learnings and propose action we should take
3. Collate feedback from event attendees to shape and share key insights for event strategy
4. Create Competitor audit for sharing with Creative Director and Managing Director every 6 months
Community
1. Host the new starter induction using new approved deck and identify and log people’s interest areas for future marketing activity
2. Own/Share Marketing updates during company Monthly Marketing Meetings.
3. Maintain the stakeholder and client contact database/CRM
4. Build a strong employer brand that drives employee engagement, retention, and recruitment.
Channel & Department
1. Track and record all operations, processes and passwords for the department within the Department Continuity document / section of the server
2. Save all files by default to the Marketing Server
3. Record and save down compliance checks and client permissions for external comms on all 4D x Work and 4D x Awards
4. Managing the relationship with digital partners: website developers, SEO consultant, CMS access
5. Wider marketing partnership, subscription and digital profile management and maintenance

You’ll have:
1. Experience working in an events or relationship-building role - within a creative agency or environment would be preferred.
2. Be creative and smart about the different ways content, research, and IP can ultimately help the studio
3. A way with words and a like for creating content
4. A proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B service or solution focussed, sales and marketing strategies.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Experience in getting the best out of teams through effective collaboration.
7. Passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
