We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department at our Ford Bradford site.

About you
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate about providing a world-class customer experience. You will be responsible for facilitating the efficient operation of the Service department through the use of all available Aftersales departmental resources to maximize customer experience and profitability throughout all transactions. You will also be expected to ensure there is growth and development of the business through providing core, value-added, and incremental aftersales products while upholding full Duty of Care to our customer’s vehicles at all times.
Main Purpose of Job:
* Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts department.
* Plan, organize, and control the Parts Department resources to maximize Parts sales, upsell, and customer satisfaction.
* Supervise and develop the other personnel in the department.
* Receive and identify stock. Check goods from suppliers.
* Correctly locate items in the parts department.
* Ensure accurate identification of customers' needs by means of EPAC, ETKA parts catalogues, and computer stock lists.
* Conduct all transactions with customers with the utmost courtesy.
* Implement discount structure as applicable.
* Pick parts for service, sales, retail, and trade customers.

Mon – Fri 8.00 – 17.00
